LAWA.GLOBAL Platform
1. General Provisions and Definitions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the LAWA.GLOBAL platform, the ordering and provision of legal services through the Platform, and the terms of payment using the LAWA utility token (LAWA Coin).
1.2. For the purposes of these Terms:
- Axologic means Axologic Sp. z o.o., KRS 0001148154, NIP 8982316073, ul. M. Reja 55/25, 50-343 Wroclaw, Poland. Axologic is the operator of the Platform, a commercial intermediary, and the technology partner ensuring the operation of the Platform and the LAWA utility token.
- Attorney means Oleksandr Humirov, an attorney practicing individually under the laws of Ukraine. Address for official correspondence: 65062, Odesa, postbox 15. The Attorney is the direct provider of the legal services ordered through the Platform.
- User / Client means any legally capable individual over 18 years of age, or any legal entity, using the Platform to order legal services.
- Legal Service means a consultation, analysis, document drafting, or other legal service provided by the Attorney pursuant to an order placed through the Platform.
- LAWA Coin / Token means the utility cryptotoken issued and administered by Axologic, used as the means of payment for services on the Platform. The Token terms are governed by the Whitepaper published at lawacoin.com.
2. Roles of the Parties and Service Model
2.1. Axologic acts as a commercial intermediary: it sells the full Legal Service to the User in its own name, accepts payment in LAWA Tokens, and pays the Attorney's fee for the service actually rendered.
2.2. The direct provider of the Legal Service, determining its content, methodology, and legal outcome, is the Attorney.
2.3. Axologic is responsible for Platform operation, technical availability, correct transmission of orders, and the functioning and issuance of the LAWA Token. The Attorney is responsible for the quality, content, and professional standard of the Legal Service.
2.4. Axologic does not itself provide legal services, does not give legal advice, and is not liable for the content of legal opinions prepared by the Attorney.
3. Ordering and Provision of Services
3.1. The User selects a service from the list presented on the Platform and places an order, paying with LAWA Tokens.
3.2. Once an order is placed, Axologic transmits the order details to the Attorney for fulfilment.
3.3. The timeframe for response or provision of the service is as specified in the description of the relevant service on the Platform.
3.4. The Legal Service is deemed provided from the moment the consultation, document, or other agreed result is delivered to the User.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for services on the Platform is made exclusively in LAWA Tokens.
4.2. The acquisition, conversion, storage, and use of the LAWA Token are governed by the Whitepaper published at lawacoin.com.
4.3. The price of services shown on the Platform may be revised by Axologic. The price fixed at the moment an order is placed and paid for shall not subsequently change.
5. No Right of Return / Withdrawal
5.1. The User expressly agrees that the provision of the Legal Service begins at the User's express prior request, before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts.
5.2. By placing an order, the User expressly consents to the service being performed before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right to withdraw from the contract and to a refund is lost once the service has been performed.
5.3. A consultation received, or any other result of a Legal Service, is not subject to return or cancellation. Tokens paid are non-refundable, except where the service was not provided due to the fault of Axologic or the Attorney.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. Axologic's liability is limited to matters concerning the operation of the Platform and the LAWA Token and shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant order.
6.2. The Attorney's liability for improper quality of the Legal Service is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in connection with which the breach occurred.
6.3. Neither Axologic nor the Attorney shall be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational or other indirect damage.
6.4. These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where limitation or exclusion of liability is not permitted by mandatory law.
6.5. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All rights to the design, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property placed on the Platform belong to Axologic or are lawfully used by it.
7.2. The results of the Legal Service are provided to the User for the User's own purposes; further commercial distribution without the Attorney's consent is not permitted.
8. Personal Data
8.1. The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These Terms and all relationships arising in connection with the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, except where this conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection rules.
9.2. Disputes shall, where possible, be resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement, a dispute shall be referred to the court competent for the seat of Axologic, unless mandatorily provided otherwise.
10. Amendments
10.1. Axologic may amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Amendments do not have retroactive effect on orders already placed and paid for.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
